I’d refer to Viktor Schauberger’s work as I’m starting to study him more and he observed that in nature, spirals vortex motion that was centripetal were contractive, integrative, friction reducing, creative and the dynamics for evolution but that is not to say we don’t also find the opposite in Nature which is the centrifugal outward spiral force that is divergent, decelerating, destructive and friction inducing which nature uses to break down and decompose however he noticed much of what mankind develops in terms of tools and technology are based on the centrifugal principles of motion
